- Integration with ClickUp, Google Drive, Email, and WhatsApp
- Subscription-based access to premium features
3. Subscription Plans
3.1 Plan Types
- Trial: 30-day free trial with limited features
- Basic: $29/month with custom templates
- Premium: $79/month with email and WhatsApp
- Enterprise: $199/month with API access and SLA
3.2 Billing
- Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
- All payments are processed through Stripe
- Prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
- Fees are non-refundable except as required by law
4. Acceptable Use
4.1 Permitted Use
You may use FormSyncer for:
- Business documentation and reporting
- Client deliverables and contracts
- Internal team communications
- Any lawful business purpose
4.2 Prohibited Use
You may NOT:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Infringe intellectual property rights
- Upload malicious code or viruses
- Attempt to breach security measures
- Resell or redistribute the service
5. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the last 12 months
- We are not liable for third-party services or integrations
