3. Subscription Plans

3.1 Plan Types

Trial: 30-day free trial with limited features
Basic: $29/month with custom templates
Premium: $79/month with email and WhatsApp
Enterprise: $199/month with API access and SLA

3.2 Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
All payments are processed through Stripe
Prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
Fees are non-refundable except as required by law

4. Acceptable Use

4.1 Permitted Use

You may use FormSyncer for:

Business documentation and reporting
Client deliverables and contracts
Internal team communications
Any lawful business purpose

4.2 Prohibited Use

You may NOT:

Violate any laws or regulations
Infringe intellectual property rights
Upload malicious code or viruses
Attempt to breach security measures
Resell or redistribute the service

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the last 12 months
